Curaleaf Holdings reported $340.1 million in net revenue for the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 10% from the same period last year, while the company recorded net income of $12.5 million. Revenue increased from $310.6 million in the second quarter of 2025 and was up 5% compared with $324.2 million during the first quarter of 2026. Domestic revenue reached $288.7 million, including $224.4 million in retail revenue and $64 million in wholesale revenue. The international total included $16.4 million in retail revenue, $31.9 million in wholesale revenue and $3.1 million in management fee income. The company recorded a $26.3 million loss before income taxes, but a $38.8 million income tax benefit resulted in net income from continuing operations of $12.5 million.
