Windward Island Gases Limited has reached an agreement with the National Workers Union (NWU) following recent industrial relations negotiations. As a result, technical and clerical employees will now receive a general wage increase. The agreement includes a wage increase of nine percent (9%) to be distributed evenly over three years. Effective from 1st July 2025, the collective agreement will also provide employees with back pay for approximately twelve (12) months. The Department of Labour has been notified and will facilitate the signing of the industrial agreement soon.
