Law enforcement officers have charged three individuals with drug and gun-related offenses following a coordinated police operation in the northern zone. This operation was part of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force’s proactive policing efforts leading up to the Gros Islet Carnival weekend. During the operation, officers arrested twenty-five-year-old Linus Clovis, alias “Lucky”, after executing a search warrant at a residence on Notre Dame Street, where they seized a firearm magazine. On July 30, Linus Clovis was formally charged with Possession of a Component Part of a Firearm.
