United States international Bodugum Akhilesh Reddy has been banned from all forms of cricket for eight years after being found guilty of match-fixing. An International Cricket Council (ICC) Anti-Corruption Tribunal found Reddy breached three counts of the sport's anti-corruption code during the Abu Dhabi T10 League in the United Arab Emirates last year. The spinner made his USA debut against Cayman Islands in April 2025 and has played four T20s for the country. He was also found guilty of encouraging another participant to engage in match-fixing and obstructing the investigation "through deletion of data and messages from a mobile device". The ban has been backdated to 21 November 2025 when Reddy was provisionally suspended after making two appearances in the T10 League.
