GRAND FORKS — After noticing what they believe to be a lack of flexible, affordable entertainment spaces in Grand Forks, local couple Melissa and Trevor Lennon decided to bridge the gap themselves. “There really isn't an in-between in Grand Forks,” Melissa said. ADVERTISEMENTThe Event Bays offers an open floor plan equipped with tables, chairs and a kitchenette. The goal is to provide a versatile space for as many types of gatherings as possible. Trevor, a teacher at Grand Forks Central High School, and Melissa were inspired to create an entertaining space after attending dozens of graduation parties.
