The driver dodged road spikes but rolled over on the highway. The modified Mazda MX-5 NB behind it was driven by a 40-year-old man with no license. Officers deployed tire spikes across the road, but the driver avoided them swerving into the sidewalk. The driver was reportedly transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries and remains in stable condition under police guard.
