A 3-year-old boy abducted in what police described as a custody dispute has been located in Northern California. The kidnapping was reported at about 8 a.m. Wednesday during a home invasion in the 7600 block of Van Nuys Boulevard. A man took the child and drove away westbound on Keswick Street, the LAPD said.
