Ventura County health officials confirmed Wednesday a case of measles linked to international travel, marking the county's first reported case since 2017. The Ventura County Public Health Department said that it is conducting an investigation and working closely with health care providers and people who may have been exposed to help prevent further spread of the virus. "Ventura County is well-prepared to respond effectively thanks to our experienced staff and the high vaccination rates among our residents," Castel said. Aug. 1: Walgreens, 1801 N.
