Hickory’s Smokehouse has announced plans to transform the Crooked Billet on Uxbridge Road into its newest smokehouse, with the restaurant expected to open in spring 2027.
The plans have been designed to suit the size and character of the Crooked Billet, complete with a bar, an outdoor area and a veranda.
John Welsh, from Hickory’s Smokehouse, said: “We’re absolutely fired up to be bringing Hickory’s to Iver!
The smokehouse says the opening will represent a “significant investment” in the Uxbridge Road restaurant and that the team at the Crooked Billet has been notified.
The Crooked Billet is planned to close in November and reopen as Hickory’s Iver Heath in the spring.
