The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) has announced a new list of intangible cultural heritage items, with culinary traditions such as yum cha dining customs, the preparation of siu mei barbecue, and pork chop buns among the newly inscribed practices. Other additions include traditional music and customs such as Macanese songs, Guangdong classical music, and nanyin music of the Minnan Community, as well as orthopedics, acupuncture, and moxibustion.
