Cirencester History Festival returns with a programme said to be its most ambitious yet between October 23 and November 1, with a line-up of historians, writers, musicians and performers in attendance. The full programme is on general release on Friday, September 4, when tickets go on sale via Cirencester History Festival’s website. Excitingly, the 2026 event will also see Cirencester transformed into a living time capsule through the community-led, Bayeux-inspired Cirencester Tapestry Project.
