Police say the 41-year-old has been linked to multiple crimes in the Shortlees area and has also been charged with assaulting officers. He is due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 41-year-old male has been arrested and charged in connection with multiple crimes of dishonesty, committed in the Shortlees area of Kilmarnock.
