Photos shared online show multiple police vehicles blocking the road, with traffic halted in both directions and a cyclist stopped in front of the cordon. One passenger reported their bus being diverted along Keppochill Road and down Carlisle Street due to the closure. A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 14:49 to attend a road traffic collision on Saracen Street, Glasgow. We dispatched an ambulance, a critical care paramedic (CCP), and a paramedic response unit (PRU) to the scene. For guidance, one patient was treated and released at scene.”
