What actually changedThe Computer Use feature lets Codex perform tasks across local applications and web sessions after users grant permissions. Now Edge gets the same treatment, meaning Codex can access context across tabs and automate browser-based actions in Microsoft’s default browser. The coding agent is available across ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans.
