A fifteen year old girl uses abusive language while speaking about the Prime Minister. Now I wonder what the fifteen year old girl who criticised the Prime Minister learnt from her experience. Did someone sit with her and explain that democracy gives her the right to criticise a Prime Minister, Chief Minister, minister, member of Parliament, or any other public servant? Imagine if someone in authority had met that girl and said, “Young lady, you have every right to disagree with the Prime Minister. Because when we frighten a fifteen year old into silence, we are not protecting the Prime Minister.
