The launch gives Queensland the largest Cruiseabout retail presence in Australia, with four stores now operating across the state. Cruiseabout general manager Brad Kennedy said the decision to return to Indooroopilly was driven by customer demand and data insights showing strong cruise interest across Brisbane’s western suburbs. The new store strengthens Cruiseabout’s Brisbane presence across the north, southeast and western suburbs, as the brand continues its national expansion. Leading the Indooroopilly team is cruise industry veteran Debbie Monk, who brings more than two decades of experience, including six years working onboard cruise ships with Norwegian Cruise Line and Princess Cruises. The store opening comes as Cruiseabout continues to grow its retail and online offering, with its fourth online and remote team, CATA White, recently launched.
