Embattled Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) triggered alarms as documents he shared amid an investigation were found to be manipulated. His attorneys then changed the authorship of the documents to read Minc Law LLC, Politico reported. "To be clear, this could absolutely be illegal evidence tampering," wrote lawyer and activist Cheyenne Hunt in a post on X. The documents in the Dropbox contain recordings and records related to the allegations that have been public about Miller. The House Ethics investigation was launched at Miller's own request.
