The New York Jets were dealt a tough blow on Tuesday when it was revealed that rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq would likely miss the rest of training camp after facing a setback in relation to hernia surgery. Jets head coach Aaron Glenn reiterated to reporters that he is "not worried" about the long-term outlook of Sadiq's rookie season and believes he'll be back on the field in time for the start of the regular season. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Jets are signing former Marist standout and undrafted free agent tight end Connor Hulstein, roughly 24 hours after the announcement of Sadiq's injury. He participated in the Jets' rookie minicamp this past May, but was unable to stick around after his initial tryout. Even without Sadiq in the mix, the Jets have Mason Taylor, Jeremy Ruckert, Jelani Woods, and undrafted free agent Chase Curtis.
