To book a ride, download the Waymo app and request a robotaxi from anywhere within the service area. Waymo is already testing rides to the airport terminals and expects to begin testing on freeways soon. The launch makes Dallas the eleventh city where Waymo offers fully autonomous rides. Despite leading the autonomous taxi market, Waymo is a late entrant to the city, as Tesla and Uber already operate their robotaxis here.
