Chery Motor Australia is recalling certain examples of the Jaecoo J7 mid-size SUV as they could unexpectedly lose power. "As a result, this could lead to a sudden loss of motive power and/or engine shutdown without warning. This is the second recall ever for the Jaecoo J7 in Australia, and it follows a recall earlier this year for a very similar issue. It affected 1028 examples of the J7, produced in 2025.
