The North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a collision involving a pick-up truck and a four-year-old child at a remote campsite near Boland Lake in La Salle Township last week. The child sustained serious injuries and was transported from the scene by air ambulance for medical treatment, according to OPP.
