Elkhart County JailELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- An Elkhart County man has been sentenced in a child neglect case. Brady Rouch will serve three years in prison, followed by 3.5 years in the Elkhart County Jail, then 3.5 years on probation. Documents show she suffered from fresh and old broken ribs, brain bleeding, a broken shoulder, and a broken ankle. Rouch went on to tell police he didn't support her neck while doing this.
