The office and retail estate of The Broadway, the 1m sq ft mixed-use development in London's Victoria, has been launched for sale. The commercial estate, completed in 2022, comprises 140,037 sq ft across two towers. The scheme’s 258 residential units sit outside the commercial estate and are not included in the sale. The asset up for sale includes 116,000 sq ft of prime office space and 24,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space across 14 units.
