News Investigators/ The North-East Development Commission (NEDC) has constructed and handed over a 450-capacity multipurpose hall to Government Secondary School (GSS) Damaturu Old Students Association (DOSA). He said the hall, named after the school’s pioneer principal, Mr Wutama Bulama Samba, would provide space for examinations, conferences, and other activities, while also strengthening alumni engagement with the institution. Also speaking, Hajiya Ladi Gali, Principal of GSS Damaturu, commended the alumni for their consistent support to the school, describing the multipurpose hall and other interventions as life-changing. “Your dedication has not only benefitted our community but also provided opportunities for current students to thrive through mentorship and guidance. She added that DOSA had earlier supported the school by equipping its library, installing solar lights, and providing other essential facilities.
