Earlston Community Larder, Beyond Earlston and Earlston in Bloom were the lucky recipients of vouchers from HAGs UK, the main contractor of the town’s new destination playpark, through the Community Benefits Wishlist scheme. The new kids’ area is being built on the site of the former Earlston Primary School, next to the new building. “I am delighted to see that community benefits are delivering added value to our communities and look forward to seeing many more in the future.” Earlston Community Larder is based in the parish church and provides a supportive space within the town and received £100 vouchers for Morrisons and Asda, respectively. Beyond Earlston is set to host its AGM on Friday, August 14 and asked that its donation was made to a local business supporting the event.
