The incident is believed to have taken place at around 6.20pm on Thursday, July 30. Three young people, believed to be between the ages of 13 and 15, were reportedly seen by a neighbour causing thousands of pounds of damage to the nursery play area. One of the boys was described as wearing a T-shirt wrapped around his head, while another was described as having black hair and olive skin, wearing a black hoodie and shorts. They were accompanied by a girl of similar age with red hair tied in a ponytail. Anyone with information, including CCTV or dashcam footage from Ton y Felin Street, Bedwas Road, or Caerbragdy between 5.45pm and 6.45pm that evening, is urged to contact police.
