Residents should not be expected to accept 50 per cent increase in production

This isn't simply an application to process more waste.
It is an application to intensify the operation by increasing production and extending the working day.
Residents fear this expansion, coupled with much longer operating hours, has the potential to generate substantially more HGV traffic on roads already under immense pressure.
Before asking residents to accept the prospect of an intensified operation and potentially more HGV traffic, it should answer one simple question: What has changed since 2015?
If HGV restrictions were considered necessary to protect local people in 2015, why would a 50 per cent increase in production not deserve the same level of protection today?
