Homeless man 'slapped' Tesco security guard after being refused sale of beer

Przemyslaw Spychalski, 39, who lives in a tent in Reading, tried to buy alcohol from a Tesco Express in Reading on May 4 this year, having already consumed six beers prior to entering.
After a member of security told him he was too drunk to be served, Spychalski proceeded to hit him on the the left-side of his head and his ear in retaliation.
CCTV footage shown to the court of the man heading for the Tesco checkout, with security guard footage showing Spychalski intoxicated as he walks around the store.

He will also be enrolled onto a rehabilitation activity programme for his alcohol issues.
