This is not the first time travellers have set up in Kings Park this summer. Dorset Police have been made aware of the latest traveller settlement in Kings Park. A spokesperson for the force said: “We received a report at 7.20pm on Monday 3 August 2026 of an unauthorised encampment in the area of Kings Park in Bournemouth.
