ESPAÑOLA, N.M. – The U.S. Forest Service said a new wildfire in the Española District has burned about 10 acres and crews are responding aggresively. The U.S. Forest Service-Santa Fe National Forest reported the Frijoles Fire and said smoke is visible from NM 84/NM 285, Santa Fe, the I-25 corridor and Pecos. Aerial resources are on scene, according to the U.S. Forest Service.
