purchased this at auction and steering wheel is dead including turn signal stalk... tried clockspring, new scm, new tipm, all no effect.(by new i mean used) i have possible short on can bus as it is showing the same voltage high and low sides... also: all interior lighting is dead I pulled fuse for airbags and high and low went back to normal but was only temporary as its back to same voltage with fuse still removed. same thing happened when i unplugged shift module but short came back... 2011 grand cherokee electrical issue
