I recently bought a 97 Jeep TJ with a 4.7 stroker. After driving it for about a year realized something was wrong. Ended up rebuilding the entire thing with the appropriate camshaft crankshaft bearings and pistons. The fuel injectors are stock 19lb/hr, again previous owner took Shortcuts when they rebuilt the engine to a 4.7 L. I’ve been told I need to put 24 lb/hr injectors in it.
