A former cashier claimed that he was fired from his job in a video shared on Tiktok.
The video shows him interacting with an older woman who felt she needed to address the way he greeted her at the store.
Caught mid-conversation, the cashier is told by the woman that he needs to be more “proactive” with his greeting.
The former Menards cashier seemingly accepted that he was fired for posting the footage online in a second video.
“I got fired because I posted a TikTok of a lady trying to tell me how to do my job,” he said.
