Business Owner Convicted of Battery

(Lawrenceburg, IN) – An Aurora business owner has been convicted and sentenced in Dearborn County on a Battery (Class B misdemeanor) charge.
Aymen M. Migdadi, the owner of the Road Dog gas station and convenience store, was convicted following a jury trial on Thursday, July 30.
In addition to Battery, Migdadi was originally charged with Sexual Battery (Level 6 felony).
Following the verdict, Dearborn Superior Court II Judge Sally McLaughlin ordered Migdadi to be held in the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center.
The case was tried by Dearborn County Deputy Prosecutors Amanda Johnson and Brendan Jones.
