James CroninJames Paul Cronin, 74, of Zanesville passed away on Tuesday August 4, 2026He was born in Zanesville on January 24, 1952 to the late James Eldon Cronin and Ida Ellen Maxwell Cronin Barks. Jim was a member of AMVETS, VFW Post 1058, Scottish Rite 32degree Mason Valley of Cambridge, and was Catholic by faith. Jim served our country and protected our freedom by serving in The United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam era. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his uncle Richard Maxwell. A celebration of life will be from 5-7pm on Monday August 10 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE.
