Paramount+ has been the home of Sheridan for many years. Ever since Yellowstone took off early in its initial run, Taylor Sheridan has been hard at work writing and producing spin-offs and other shows like Landman, Lioness, and The Madison. By now, everyone in the industry knows that Sheridan is leaving Paramount for NBCUniversal in the coming years. So, what's to become of the Western action thriller genre at Paramount? An agent told THR that Paramount is "building a female-forward wheel that is attempting to expand the brand’s reach beyond what it’s probably best known for, which is the Taylor Sheridan fare."
