New Delhi: The controversy surrounding the protest over the alleged NEET paper leak has taken a fresh legal turn, with a senior advocate from West Bengal filing a Zero FIR against two organisers of the demonstration held at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. The allegations are contained in the complaint and have not been established in court. The complaint raises concerns over the alleged presence of 12-year-old girls at the protest, claiming that if minors were involved, organisers should be held accountable for exposing them to a politically sensitive environment. It also questions the organisers’ claims regarding police action against the children and seeks an investigation into the circumstances. In addition, the complaint calls for a probe into the funding of the agitation, alleging possible foreign financial links and questioning the organisers’ financial backgrounds.
