The Cam Otter Trail has seen a playful bevy of otters hidden around the parish, with local businesses creating special 'homes' for each character. Participating venues include Bark Raw, Froffy Coffee, Clutterbuck’s of Cam, A Cut Above The Rest, TJW Precision Engineering, Cam Family Butchers, Screwfix, Leaf & Ground in Dursley, GL11 Community Hub and Cam and Uley Family Practice. Residents can pick up a free trail map and sticker from any otter location, then set off to explore the village and track down every member of the otter family. The trail runs throughout the school summer holidays, offering an all‑day activity across multiple dates. Stroud District Council has sponsored the colourful maps and stickers, with local artist Stephanie Cole bringing the otter designs to life.
