For me, that means delaying my student loan application and losing access to MyHealth Alberta records, where I normally receive medical test results. I understand the rationale for strengthening identity verification, and I can appreciate some of the changes. My concern is whether the implementation has made essential public services less accessible to the people who rely on them.
