19-year-old dead after shooting during robbery in Houston's southside, HPD saysHOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A 19-year-old is dead after being shot in his vehicle during a robbery in Houston's southside, according to the Houston Police Department. HPD says that officers responded to the shooting in the 3500 block of Corder Street at 7:45 p.m. on Monday. Police say that the 19-year-old sustained a gunshot wound and was later taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead on Tuesday. According to preliminary information, HPD says the two brothers were inside the vehicle when they were robbed at gunpoint by three suspects.
