The fast-food giant has put out flyers confirming that its new store will open on August 21. The venue will be located at St Nicholas Gate Retail Park in Carlisle. The new venture will bring 25 jobs to the area. Jeremy Wright, chief people officer for Burger King UK, said: "We are really pleased to share that we will be opening a restaurant in Carlisle, and that we are committed to bringing 25 new jobs and career opportunities to the area. "We’re looking for two assistant managers and one restaurant manager who are excited to develop their full potential, accelerate their careers and in turn make friends along the way, all whilst in an inclusive and supportive environment."
