They’ll be singing the blues at the Heritage Port in Wheeling, W.Va., this weekend, but not necessarily because there will be hordes of sad people by the Ohio River. Instead, they’ll be there for Heritage Music Bluesfest, three days of music from leading contemporary blues musicians. General admission gates open at 3:30 p.m. Friday. Gates open at 11 a.m. Saturday and at 10 a.m. Sunday. Kids under age 12 get in for free to the general admission area.
