The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office announced today that a 13-year-old Bossier Parish residenthas been arrested and charged in connection with a SWATTING incident that occurred at aschool in Bossier Parish on May 14, 2026. The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Bossier City Police Department,began investigating a series of SWATTING calls made to a Bossier Parish School and aresidence in Bossier City during May 2026. The juvenile has been charged by the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office with False Communicationwith the Intent to Cause an Emergency Response and Disruption of the Operation of a School. Additionally, the Bossier City Police Department arrested the same suspect for Conspiracy toCommit Terrorizing. The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the Bossier City Police Department alongwith the students, staff, and community members for their cooperation during this investigation.
