A fire broke out on Wednesday, August 5, at TsNIIMash, the main scientific center of Russia’s state space corporation Roscosmos, where ballistic missile technologies are developed. The fire occurred at the Central Research Institute of Machine Building (TsNIIMash) in the city of Korolyov, Moscow region, Ukrinform reports, citing the Telegram channel Astra. TsNIIMash is the leading research institute of Russia’s space industry and serves as the principal scientific center of Roscosmos.
