Astoria will be welcoming a second :3Coffee Roasters at 30 Halletts Point after the Durst Organization announced the coffee shop has signed a lease for the new Queens retail location.
:3Coffee Roasters is an independent coffee shop known for sourcing coffee beans from Colombia, along with serving homemade Colombian pastries.
It is the first retail lease at 20 and 30 Halletts Point, which has a total of four ground-floor retail spaces.
“Halletts Point is a thriving community with spectacular views of Manhattan and Queens,” said Jody Durst, president of the organization.
The development’s first building, 10 Halletts Point, opened in 2019, bringing 405 apartments and the area’s first full-service supermarket, Brooklyn Harvest Market.
