Crumbl Cookies is getting ready to open its next Suffolk County location. The popular dessert chain is slated to open in mid-August at The Shops at SunVet in Holbrook, according to the franchise owners. The Holbrook location will be owned and operated by husband-and-wife franchisees Malay and Riddhi Patel, who also run Crumbl stores in Stony Brook and Massapequa.
