A Home Surveillance Video Security System Recorded the IncidentOn Tuesday, August 4th, the 47-year old Port Orchard man is seen driving up to the garage with a dog in a golf cart. The video shows the man using a blow torch and a spray cannister filled with flammable liquid to ignite the garage door frame. A Neighbor Witnessed the Incident and Confronted the SuspectAs the neighbor addressed the arsonist, the suspect claimed he was with the fire department. But, when pressed further, the suspect reportedly waved the lit torch at the neighbor and attempted to run him over with the golf cart.
