Rochester, NY - On August 1, 2026 a suspect entered the ESL Bank located at 786 N. Goodman St. and demanded cash from a teller. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the bank on foot. After an investigation by the Rochester Area Major Crimes Task Force, the suspect was identified as 59-year-old Terry Manuel, City of Rochester resident. Manuel is on Parole for a 2004 Murder 2nd conviction. Terry Manuel was taken into custody this afternoon when he showed up for a pre- scheduled Parole meeting at the Parole Office.
