A man who died after being paralysed in a boat in rough seas warned colleagues of safety fears shortly before the incident, new court papers claim. Garry Hepburn, 54, of Banff, was working on the safety standby vessel VOS Voyager in 2024 when rough seas led to him being thrown around and seriously injured.
