The Turowski brothers won the 77th Western Pennsylvania Golf Association Brothers Tournament last month at Shannopin Country Club. Two teams tied for second place at 4-under: Brian and Kevin Fajt of Hannastown Golf Club and twins David and Ronald DeNunzio of Greensburg Country Club. He then carded a 4-under 67 at final qualifying at Llanerch Country Club in Havertown to advance to the U.S. Amateur stroke play. She had finished in the top three nine times, including runner-up finishes at Latrobe Elks, Willowbrook Country Club and Seven Oaks (tied).
